What’s in it for you As the Director for Digitalisation & Data at Fill & Finish Programme you will lead a team of highly skilled IT & Automation specialists and project managers driving the execution of digital use cases with an impact across production sites around the world. Additionally, you can expect to:
  • Act as project lead on the digital use cases and manage a portfolio of projects
  • Working closely with different key stakeholders both in Novo Nordisk and suppliers
  • Collaborate with different process responsible stakeholders to assess requirements and rightly influence the design of the future digitalisation initiatives
  • Building a team consisting of both internal and external employees
  • Oversee a team responsible for developing cutting-edge global technology solutions tailored to address specific manufacturing requirements
  • Our goal is to build standardized facilities that are operationally sustainable without compromising on execution speed, timelines and production capacity targets. This requires that as Director for Digitalisation, you will together with stakeholders across engineering, quality, sites and suppliers make data-driven decisions and compromises with utmost clarity and transparency on benefits, risks and consequences. The Digital Use Cases (DUC) go beyond conventional solutions, striving to improve efficiency and optimize manufacturing operations, whether through extending existing systems or creating standalone developments. What we scout for We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in either Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer, Information and Communication Technology or similar
  • Significant experience in leading industrial digitalisation and innovation projects, in a large organisation
  • You enjoy engaging with stakeholders from diverse areas and backgrounds to co-create solutions that drive value to the company
  • Able to lead the team with your understanding of SCADA/PLC/MES environment, communication protocols OT/IT architectures and cybersecurity best practices, etc..
  • You gain energy from working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities
  • You work independently, effectively while securing your tasks are completed and must be an excellent teammate and have strong abilities to lead in project teams. You thrive in an environment where new challenges and focus can change quickly, but always with the overall common goal in mind. The team you’ll join Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established programme organization, located in Lyngby, and built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future. Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
