As our new Director of Healthcare Denmark, you will manage and support our Head of Departments in the Healthcare division to develop and drive our services targeted at clients within the Healthcare sector. The Healthcare division is a focus area within the Buildings market. You will have the P&L responsibility for the Healthcare Division in Denmark while raising Ramboll's profile and reputation in the healthcare sector both nationally and internationally. Reporting directly to the Global Spearhead Director of the Healthcare division, you will take ownership and enable our large multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver healthcare projects successfully. You will be a significant contributor to the leadership/management group in our Healthcare division, where you and the other Sector Discipline Leads will contribute to setting the strategic priorities to ensure our continuous growth.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be: </p><ul><li>Identifying and tracking opportunities both nationally and internationally within the Healthcare sector</li><li>Be a division director and manager for managers in the Healthcare division. Coach leaders and develop talents</li><li>Contribute to the Global Healthcare Leadership Team </li><li>Understanding the Healthcare sector on a national level and have an overview of Ramboll's national portfolio of activity with a general understanding of key clients, projects, and opportunities </li><li>Lead large tenders and proposals when required</li><li>Develop organization to create best practices and/or client insights in the bidding, winning and execution of projects </li><li>Further develop strategy and grow healthcare division</li><li>Strategic recruitments and identify competencies ensuring that we meet and exceed our client's expectations </li></ul><p><strong>Your new team</strong><br>
You will be part of our global Healthcare division and become a member of the Global Healthcare Leadership team. In our Healthcare division, we are leading large projects for clients within the Buildings Healthcare sector – most often in close collaboration with colleagues in other Ramboll markets and colleagues in other countries. We are working with key players within the Healthcare sector that share our vision of creating sustainable healthcare facilities where people and nature can flourish and improve outcomes for those who use them. Our portfolio includes clients within the public and ranges from Research/University Hospitals through Acute and General Hospitals to neighbourhood, primary care and end-of-life or mental healthcare facilities – all-in-all a range of building typologies where we hold considerable technical and strategic expertise both locally and globally in Ramboll. <br>
