Digital Marketeer
KOMPAN is searching for a Digital Marketeer to join our Group Digital department in Odense, Denmark. You will become part of Group Digital, a newly established team, where we develop and execute the digital marketing strategy. Together we work on driving business growth by increasing our digital marketing efforts.

Key Tasks and responsibilities
We have set out to develop a brand-new digital marketing setup focusing on Lead Generation. As our Digital Marketeer you will be working hands on, and your tasks will initially include:
Your ability to handle multiple disciplines, tools and keeping a holistic view on tasks and projects are paramount. You will be working in close collaboration with local resources as well as your new colleagues in Group Digital.
Your background and experience
We expect you to have a strong profile from online marketing and deep knowledge of the digital toolbox (such as Google Analytics, Ahref, Search Console, Email Marketing), including experience in using these to ensure ROI, conveying key customer insight and ensuring a good digital costumer experience and of course the generation of sales leads. You work in a structured way and align your efforts with the stakeholders in both the digital team, global and local marketing.
You get motivated by taking the lead in a diverse role, that over time can develop into more specialized areas or in a broader responsibility.
As a person, you are:
We expect you to have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and mastering both the specific skills and can connect the dots. You may hold a degree in IT, Data or Business Economics or alike. Most important though is that you, based on education and practical experience, have a solid understanding for the task at hand, allowing you to be confident in the role.
