As a Digital Paid Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, but also supportive work on SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Your main tasks will include strategizing to enhance campaign performance through activities like audience targeting, ad creative testing, and budget allocation.
Additionally, you will be required to monitor campaign metrics and performance data to analyze results and identify areas for improvement. A key aspect of the role will involve conducting A/B testing and implementing best practices to optimize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. All of this will be done in close collaboration with a skilled team of performance and content specialists.

It is essential to stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the playground sector.
You are experienced in managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Experience within Google Ads/PPC and SEO is a plus. You have conducted A/B testing and implemented best practices.
Further, you are knowledgeable of keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative testing.

You will become part of our Group Marketing team, a team of more than 25 people, where we, in close collaboration with leading dimensions within KOMPAN, work on marketing and product development.
In Group Marketing, you will be working alongside a team of Communications Managers, SEO and SEM Specialists and Insights Analysts.

The KOMPAN Group's main activity is the development, production, and sale of playgrounds, outdoor sports, and fitness facilities. In addition, the company sells service and installation services in connection with product sales.
KOMPAN designs, manufactures, and installs more than 1,000 playgrounds or fitness sites every month somewhere across 90 countries. Of these, 23 countries do so through KOMPAN’s own direct operation and the remainder through carefully selected quality agents and partners. The global head office is in Odense, Denmark.
The global footprint has expanded significantly over the years, and includes production sites in the Czech Republic, Poland, design studios in Denmark and the Czech Republic, and 23 country offices around the world including Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, and South America.

As a Digital Paid Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, but also supportive work on SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Your main tasks will include strategizing to enhance campaign performance through activities like audience targeting, ad creative testing, and budget allocation.
Additionally, you will be required to monitor campaign metrics and performance data to analyze results and identify areas for improvement. Your daily tasks include:
- Campaign management; setting up and launching new advertising campaigns as well as monitoring and adjusting campaigns to optimize performance.
- Performance analysis; Reviewing campaign metrics and performance data, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.
- Optimization and testing; Conducting A/B testing, implementing changes and continuously refine targeting strategies and ad placements to reach the most relevant audiences.
- Communication and collaboration; Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align digital advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and to provide updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Documentation and reporting; Maintaining thorough documentation of campaign settings, optimizations, and test result, and reporting results and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
It is essential to stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the playground sector.
Skilled Digital Paid Specialist proficient in Google Ads/PPC and social media platforms
