About the student position
We are opening a student position for the Customer Success department where you will start by assisting in the warranty team. Like our other employees, we hope you develop your skills to also participate in other teams like technical documentation, testing etc.
As part of the Customer Success team, you will help ensure high quality products, that our customers enjoy. You will join a technical and customer focussed team of experts where we always help both each other and the customer.
Your primary tasks will be:

- Validate and document warranty claims.
- Deep dive into difficult issues in both HW and SW.
- Create guidance to distributors.
- Other tasks will be assigned as needed.
Your profile
You love technology not just because it is cool, but because of how it improves people’s lives. You see people and technology as partners in the future. Ideally, you already have several years of experience from personal hobby projects working with technology solutions.
You have the drive to learn quickly and can push the things forward by yourself but are at heart a team player.
We would like you to:
- Study a technical field like engineering, electronics, or robotics.
- Have the ability to see through complex issues.
- Love communicating both in writing and in person.
- Meet in the office 10+ hours weekly.
- Be proficient in English.
- Preferably be proficient in Danish.
