Lead the future of Interactive Play
In the role of IX (Interactive Experience) Lead Designer, you will be responsible for crafting the next generation of interactive play, merging physical and digital design elements from early idea development to final, launch-ready experiences. You will lead User Experience and UX Design for future Innovations in collaboration with IX Lab team members and external soft- and hardware developers.
Your role will be to drive front-end development of new interactive experiences within play, outdoor sports and fitness using Design Thinking methods. You will own software development, combining hands-on programming with partner management, and create playable prototypes for user tests in collaboration with electronics, engineering, safety, and the Play & Fitness Institutes.
You will define, explore and identify areas within existing platforms, where application of technology can unlock new and unique play experiences or spearhead development of new physical platforms that unlock immersive interactive experiences.

The profile we’re looking for
We envision you hold a degree in Computer Games & Programming, Digital Design and Interactive Technologies, Game development & learning technology (SDU) or similar field.
Preferably you have minimum 5 years of experience within the field of programming and experience design.
You lead by doing and are naturally curious about technology. You are familiar with the toolbox required to lead UX development including: Typescript, Unity, Java Script and C++.

- Build a strong innovation pipeline and Interactive experiences strategy together with Head of Interactive Innovation and IX Lab team members.
- Develop and deliver a proven design concept and hand over to Product Innovation implementation team.
The profile we’re looking for
We envision you hold a degree in Computer Games & Programming, Digital Design and Interactive Technologies, Game development & learning technology (SDU) or similar field.
Preferably you have minimum 5 years of experience within the field of programming and experience design.
You lead by doing and are naturally curious about technology. You are familiar with the toolbox required to lead UX development including: Typescript, Unity, Java Script and C++.
What we value you have:
- An overall understanding of electronics, sensors, activators and related embedded software is preferred but not a most
- Kids Play is a plus but not required
You will be part of a newly established Interactive Experience Lab, where you will join other functional experts within electronics, product management etc. and together build our future Interactive Experiences pipeline.
