The position As a Project Manager, you will oversee cross-organization projects and work packages and you will be responsible for initiating, executing, and finalizing projects within our project execution framework. • Driving project teams and working from early development to post-launch phase of new production lines.
• Managing a wide range of stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and externally.
• Be the link between the workgroups, steering groups, project owners, project governance and key stakeholders.
• Report and communicate at various organizational levels. Originally the position will be located in Høje Taastrup and will eventually move to Odense. The position may occasionally require travel.
Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have: • An academic degree within business, economics, engineering or similar.
• +2 years of track record experience as a project manager within a regulated industry, preferably from pharma.
• Experience using project tools and project reporting.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience driving several projects at the same time and taking a methodical approach to work and tasks.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Communicative and collaborative aptitudes are a must in this role. We expect that you can set the direction and drive performance, ensuring quality and speed while being pragmatic. Balancing conflicting inputs by respecting and including others’ opinions viewpoints is essential. You will fit well in our diverse and dynamic team if, as a person, you are enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivating with the ability to work independently.
