The Position As our GMP Partner you will be working to ensure a high level of quality and compliance in our newly established department by setting the right standards in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), so that we continuously deliver on all relevant GMP requirements while at the same finding the right balance where GMP to the highest standard is not required. You will be collaborating closely with many great colleagues within the department and across the broad landscape of stakeholders in our project. You will be responsible for: • Ensuring high-level GMP overview and report quality trends to management • Supporting daily operations and ensure the relevant level of GMP in our new organization • Driving preparation for and follow-up on authority inspections and internal audits • Leading and coordinating critical quality issues and compliance activities in the department and across if necessary • Working in the Quality Management System – Delivery to Quality Management Review (QMR). • Participate when we are involved in audits and inspections. If you possess project management skills it would be excellent as you will then be involved in various other tasks in our department. Currently, the workplace is located at our project office in Høje Taastrup, but it will be relocated to Odense within the next year. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: • Masters' degree in pharmacy, biochemistry, production engineering or related field • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with GMP • A strong understanding of GMP regulations and requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently with a pragmatic mindset • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Full proficiency in English – Danish is an advantage On a personal level, you thrive on working with individuals at all levels of the organization. About the department Novo Nordisk is significantly increasing its manufacturing capacity across all areas to serve more patients in the coming years. Our department is working to expand the capacity of our Biotech and Rare Disease production. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our packaging and assembly capacity to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
