The Position As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for awareness and adherence to the business ethics framework and owner of the Compliance Programme. In this role your key responsibilities will be: To advise the organization on, and be the subject matter expert in, the local code of conduct as well as corporate business ethics requirements, including awareness across the affiliate about personal data protection laws and risk of potential off-label communication. To be a driven and proactive partner to line of business when conducting business development and planning commercial initiatives. To develop and strengthen business ethics and compliance skills as well as capabilities within the affiliate by way of conducting training and other awareness initiatives. To own the development and implementation of the local Compliance Programme as well as the development of the annual Compliance Plan. To stay updated on statutory and ENLI ( industry association) guidelines and creating awareness of the same guidelines across relevant functions in the affiliate. To drive preparation for internal audits and external inspections in relation to compliance and ensure up-to-date templates for agreements with HCPs and HCOs. To act as local reporting responsible (LRR) by responding to pre-notifications from other affiliates or the company’s headquarters about engagement of local HCPs and submit the yearly report to Danish Medicines Agency. Qualifications In addition, we like to see that you have: A Master’s degree and experience within the fields of Compliance with proven involvement in the pharmaceutical industry, for example, knowledge of analysing compliance issues, sales, marketing, medical information, research or training Administrative and stakeholder management experience, with a solid quality mind-set, focus on detail, coordination, and time management skills. Experience in reviewing promotional and non-promotional material, whereupon IT skills will be highly valuable. Compliance Expertise. Risk Analysis, Assessment & Action. About the Department Novo Nordisk’s Danish affiliate is based in Ørestaden, Copenhagen, and is now looking for an engaged Compliance Manager to support our affiliate with all Compliance related matters. The purpose of the Compliance function is to ensure Novo Nordisk Denmark is complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations as well as internal policies and code of conduct (Business Ethics). The position is currently anchored in the Finance and Operations department and is international team that consists of a diverse group of highly dedicated professionals. The department is characterised by a lot of energy, collaboration, and trust. The team is ambitious, and the pace is high, but the tone is informal and there is a fun and good-spirited atmosphere in the department.
