We are looking for a Head of IO Data Foundation & Artificial Intelligence to join our team and lead the development of data-driven products and AI solutions. The Position As the Head of IO Data Foundation & Artificial Intelligence, you will define and lead the data and AI strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives; manage a network and a small team of highly skilled data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists. Moreover, you will: Oversee the establishment and maintenance of robust data governance frameworks.
Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions that address key business challenges.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Manage the budget for the data and AI department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Qualifications The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; has a strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Moreover, you have the following requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science, or a related field.
More than 7 years of data management and analytics experience, and proven people management experience
Proven record of working with data & analytics teams and managing cross functional projects
Experience working in a SAFe/Agile methodology.
Experience with handling multiple stakeholders spread geographically with entrepreneurial and can do mindset
