Broad responsibility from concept development to training
Based at our production site in Grenaa, you will be leading a small HSE team, with the goal of creating and anchoring awareness on HSE at management level through networking, collaboration, and visibility.

Solid HSE experience from an international organization
We are looking for a profile that can drive behavioral change/attention in a blue-collar environment where the tone of voice is open minded and direct. This calls for great communication skills including your ability to clearly state: “Why, What, How”.
At the same time, you must be able to navigate in a complex international setting with multiple stakeholders. It is also important that you can work independently, coordinate with internal and external resources and escalate when appropriate.

- monitor and maintain the list of laws and binding requirements related to work environment and environment in collaboration with the local organization and external authorities
- support the business with information, advise, and solutions to ensure legal compliance, as well as preparing and priming for audits
- coordinate, lead, and document regular HSE meetings/ AMO
- implement HSE training on the shop floor and in the offices
- implement HSE improvements across standards, systems, and tools

- have a relevant education as engineer or similar and are an experienced people manager
- bring several years of experience working with HSE at a strategic, tactical, and operational level in a production environment
- play an active role in the production management team to ensure a positive team spirit, live our agile commitments, and deliver outstanding results.
- have experience with change leadership and how to anchor changes in a global organization
- possess strong project management skills and independently plan and facilitate activities
- are fluent in English – verbally as well as in writing.
