Randers SV

Your role will be a time limited position for 12 months, divided into 2 departments in MAKEEN Energy: Project Management and Group Quality & Safety.

You will play an important role in both departments, – giving you a varied and exciting field of administrative tasks and responsibility.

Your tasks will include:



  • Administrative support in Quality Management systems
  • Administrative data handling in our ERP system – we work in IFS
  • Project management administrative support
  • Create, write, and edit webpages and files
  • Reporting of data to relevant partners
  • Daily assistance of colleagues in the Quality and Project departments
  • Ad hoc tasks

In addition to this, you will provide support in various audits, approvals, and updating of documents.

Background and Qualifications:



It is an advantage if you have previous experience with ERP systems or have knowledge of IFS or a similar system. Aside from that, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant background in office and administration
  • Are an experienced IT user (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Can speak and write English at A level
  • Can speak and write Danish at A level
  • Have very good communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize

On a daily basis, you will be in touch with colleagues from many different places around the world, which is why it is important that you thrive in an international and multicultural environment.

Working hours and salary:



Your daily base will be at MAKEEN Energy, Alsvej 21, 8940 Randers SV, Denmark.

Your salary will be determined according to qualifications.

Work hours are 37 hours per week. We have a flexible working environment and working from home will be possible on some days.
