The Company
Vento Energy Support works worldwide with “on site” installation projects and service tasks, on various wind turbines of the latest generation. We mainly work for the wind turbine manufactures.
We deliver high quality, flexibility, and good behavior on all levels in our business. Due to this, we are one of the preferred subcontractors on the market.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the workflow on site and planning of your crew’s tasks.
- Supervision of installation teams and documentation
- Perform cross-inspection and verify correct application of work instructions and quality specifications.
- Receiving heavy transports and offloading parts.
- Coordinate with transport and Sub-contractors on delivery schedule.
- Perform safety and quality walks.
- Perform Final Walk down.
- Preparing tools and turbine parts.
- Planning of Construction/Crane work
- Ensure work proceeds in accordance with all required documentation, permits, RAMS, etc.
- Clarify in technical matters
- Electrical completion.
- Handover of a good job to Vento’s customer.
- Vento’s HSE responsible on site.
We expect that you are a strong, balanced person who can handle several tasks along with delivering high quality and on the same time you always maintain your crew’s full respect and welfare.
You will be the daily contact to costumers on site and lodging services.
You will be in daily contact with your superior and fill in reports of site progress on a daily base.
Qualifications

- You are a skilled technician and team leader who would like to work worldwide.
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a supervisor with Vestas turbines.
- You have a technical education, mechanical or electrical.
- Extensive experience executing large projects.
- You speak and write English fluently and have good IT skills.
- You are always open minded and honest.
- You are an easy learner and very flexible.
- Relevant courses and training, such as Vestas installation Level C, D
- You always act professional and deliver high quality in your work.
- Willing to do long rotations.
