We are looking for committed and structured HSO for Enercon Projects.
As a HSO for Vento, you are responsible for site specific HSEQ tasks and continuously monitoring of HSE conditions on site.
You will refer to the Project Manager but professionally also to our central HSEQ department.
We expect you to be a strong and balanced person who can handle several simultaneous tasks while delivering high quality results and at the same time maintaining your colleague’s full respect. You are positive in your approach to other people and are good at collaborating.
You should have a high personal drive and have good decision-making skills.

As a HSO for Vento, you are responsible for site specific HSEQ tasks and continuously monitoring of HSE conditions on site.
You will refer to the Project Manager but professionally also to our central HSEQ department.
Responsibilities:
- Risk Management and mitigation.
- Ensure that all HSEQ requirements and objectives from customers are met.
- Promote a positive attitude towards safety.
- React in site specific HSEQ requests.
- Handle site specific incidents such as accidents, near misses, hazard observations or non-conformities
- Ensure that the daily customer documentation Is delivered.
- Assist Team Leader per request on all HSEQ issues.
- Assist HSEQ per request on HSEQ issues.
- Assist Vento HQ per request.
- Assist teams in efficiency / optimization and ensure that lesson learned are implemented across the business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on Enercon projects would be preferable, but not mandatory, although wind farm construction experience is a must
- Occupational Health & Safety education.
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits is preferable. A deep understanding of all phases of a construction site is mandatory.
- Fluent English skills are required
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- You must be a European Passport holder to apply

- Incident reporting
- Daily HSEQ reporting by Customer request
- Safety walks
