Do you thrive on the construction site as a solid anchorman in relation to partners? Can you see yourself as a sparring partner for the entire project team and as part of an infrastructure department at one of the largest construction sites in Europa, an immersed tunnel between Denmark and Germany, then we would like to work with you.
Your primary tasks:
- Lead, supervise and coordinate the production activities.
- Apply HS&WE policy and procedures within the production team.
- Participate in pre task meetings and tool box meetings for his/her production team.
- Carry out safety site visits on a regular basis.
- Ensures that the production is achieved with the level of quality expected.
- Plas with the Concrete Works manager Lolland the necessary resources for executing the works related to his/her field of activities (qualification, mobilization, duration).
- Liaise with the Design and WP team for the coordination of the preparation of the works and the establishment of the execution deliverables (Design & methods documents).
- Write or review and validate Works Methods Statements, Work Procedures and other related documents in accordance to the contract.
- Plan and organise the execution of the works.
- Prepare with the planning department the detailed time schedule and 6 months programme of his/her works.
- Follow up the subcontractors works.
- Follow up for on budget and validates invoices.
Professional qualifications:
- Proven experience working as Concrete Site Engineer within tunnel and construction projects.
- The ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Are proficient in English, second language is a plus.
