We’re in search of a Chief People Officer who will be responsible for driving our Company vision, and everything related to culture, values, retention and organization. You will be leading our overall people strategy across the organization. In close collaboration with our CEO you will be a critical component to our success and growth.
We are a young company who has experienced massive growth going from 0 to 250 people in 5 years. We are looking for the one who has both the vision and can create the infrastructure to take us to a 1000.

You will lead our organization in all people aspects; going from start-up to scale-up and onwards. While owning our people development strategy, ensuring development of core skills, leadership programs and senior leadership sparring sessions is on your agenda. Throughout everything, you will develop policies, practices and other HR-related elements ensuring we comply with all regulatory matters.
You will be leading our People & Culture team of 4, who focus on Talent management, L&D and community building. Together you will play an active part in setting the overall vision for Hobbii, and ensuring it is embedded in everything we do. You will report to the CEO and be a part of the management team.

- Create (Infra)Structure: develop a clear company structure; creating accountability through targets and clear measurement; create and build scalable processes and document them while improving efficiency
- Growth Strategy: enabling our company growth through establishing a roadmap for greater retention and strategic hires - We plan on hiring +100 employees in the coming year
- Engagement & Communication: investing in current people, ensuring team members feel heard, valued and appreciated; developing a feedback loop with management; bringing cohesion across teams and individual communication channels
- Learning Culture: attract top talent and elevate people to empower future growth
- Being the team leader for the People & Culture team, currently 4 employees with an estimated 1-2 additions over the coming year
To succeed you will need...
- To thrive in an ever changing environment, with new challenges everyday, where you have to lead the way
- A perfect blend of business acumen and emotional intelligence (EQ)
- A deep understanding of recruitment processes including HR-law
- Proven leadership experience of a people/HR team
- A curious and ambitious mindset; you will be pushing and setting the standard for how we do good people management in Hobbii
