Are you an experienced facilitator with great communication- and stakeholder management skills, and are you looking for new challenges? Then you might be the person we are looking for!
We are currently looking for a new Lean/PPI Coordinator to join us in this newly created position which will be based at our production site in Roskilde, where we produce plastic components for the pharmaceutical industry.
How will you make an impact?
As Lean/PPI Coordinator you will coordinate and support the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) program at our production site in Roskilde. You will lead and facilitate improvement activities and support the development of a continuous improvement mindset.
What will you do?
o Coordinate PPI and Lean activities to meet improvement goals and objectives
o Conduct and facilitate continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events to improve productivity
o Provide guidance for chartering of projects and Kaizen events
o Coordinate the measurement, idea generation, tracking and reporting of PPI savings impact for site
o Support the implementation of PPI and Lean Manufacturing practices and tools (5S, Visual Controls, A3, SMED, Flow, GEMBA’s, Standard Work, Error Proofing, etc.)
o Mentor and coach colleagues across all functions at the site to foster ownership and buy-in of Continuous Improvement activities
o Coordinate and follow up on PPI projects, Kaizen and lean activities
o Train and coach site resources in the areas of PPI and Lean Enterprise implementation
How will you get here?
Education
o Bachelor’s degree within Engineering, Business or equivalent is preferred
Experience
o Practical experience working with LEAN
o Experience Facilitator
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
o Ability to set direction, influence and get commitment and alignment
o Strong communication and change agent skills
o Excellent stakeholder management skills
o Structured mind-set and ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects
o Robust and extrovert personality
o Fluency in Danish as well as English (spoken and written)
