The job:
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join us in this newly created position. You’ll be part of our Quality team based at our production site in Roskilde, Denmark.
As our new Training Coordinator, you’ll report to the Manager, Quality Systems and will be responsible for maintaining and improving the training system. You will also identify and implement improvements to the overall training process.
What will you do?
• Manage the project of implementing and maintaining SuccessFactor
• Build up the structure and maintaining of training levels in SuccessFactor.
• Developing the training materials/modules used to train employees
• Monitor, track and schedule trainings with Supervisors
• Provide assistance with Meridian document training
• Manage quality work instruction updates
• Completion of proficiency tests and assignment
• Training Metrics completion inclusive on time training completion
• Support employees who have questions or need additional assistance in understanding their job responsibilities
• Recommendation of additional skill requirements and the development of additional training as needed
• Ad hoc task
Who we are looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience from a similar position is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Danish
• Ability to effectively work with and train other employees
• Knowledge of Medical Device regulation
• Experienced in managing global projects
