We are looking for a CSR, inclusion & diversity consultant ready to share and grow
In the position, you will join People & Culture in BEC, which in total counts for 16 highly skilled employees with expert knowledge and capabilities within the HR areas required in an international FinTech company. You will be based at our HQ in Roskilde and be part of the Talent & Workforce team including 4 colleagues. You will report to the head of talent & workforce.
In October 2019 BEC launched a new strategy - TechUp - including a strong people vision to grow and lead finance and tech talents in Denmark and Poland. We are now looking for a colleague who has the eagerness, ambitions and capabilities to develop and implement our CSR, inclusion and diversity strategy by involving relevant stakeholders in Denmark and Poland. The new colleague will be responsible for driving projects and initiatives within the entire CSR, inclusion & diversity agenda as well as related areas.
Primary task and responsibilities
In the position you will work closely with your colleagues in People & Culture, Communications and other staff functions as well as the management team and relevant stakeholders across BEC in Denmark and Poland.

The new colleague we are looking for has a relevant educational background at master’s level and minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with CSR, inclusion & diversity – preferably in the financial sector, an IT company or from a consultancy.

With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.

- Drive the process of developing BEC’s CSR, inclusion & diversity strategy by involving all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of the strategy, projects and initiatives to the BEC business strategy
- Connect BEC’s CSR, inclusion & diversity strategy to the relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG goals)
- Project manage and drive CSR, inclusion & diversity projects and initiatives in corporation with relevant internal and external partners
- Ensure a high level of employee engagement and involvement in the initiatives
- Establish and follow-up on relevant CSR, inclusion & diversity KPIs
- Lead the work related to CSR, inclusion & diversity reporting

- Have a business-driven approach and a passion for developing an ambitious and effective CSR, inclusion & diversity strategy taking the business strategy as the starting point
- Have the capabilities of working strategically with the CSR, inclusion & diversity agenda but also thrive with hands-on tasks and responsibilities managing projects and coordinating initiatives
- Have experience establishing KPIs and evaluating the effect of CSR, inclusion & diversity activities
- Have a solid track record of putting CSR, inclusion and diversity on the agenda and ensuring awareness and buy-in from the organization
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have excellent organization skills and experience in planning and executing projects and initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders
