We are looking for a business owner ready to share and influence
As business owner you are responsible for ensuring the strategic direction of the portfolio in close cooperation with EPMO and Business Development. Business developers set the pointers and provide value creation in the portfolio, and EPMO brings the strategy to action.
As business owner, you drive the processes and business strategy work in and around the Business Strategy Board, which is our business strategy setting governance board with our member banks. You secure the alignment between Business Strategy Board Risk & Finance and the two respective SteerCo’s. A crucial part of the responsibility is to validate the initiative targets and business case ahead of go/no-go decision and ensure the right level of alignment and clear targets before the development is initiated. As the initiative progresses, follow-up on value creation and initiative targets becomes crucial.
Stakeholder management is a big part of the job, and you will facilitate executive dialogues.
You will be part of a team of 5 business owners at our location in Roskilde. The team is part of the area Business Development & Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). You will report to the area director.
Business Development & EPMO are responsible for driving the business strategy and planning for the bec community by setting strategic focus areas, building investment scenarios, and ensure transparent delivery plans, status, cost, and value creation.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
In the position as business owner, you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external senior stakeholders within Credit Risk & Finance. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

Preferably, you have an educational background at Master’s level. You have 10+ years of experience in the financial sector or as a consultant and a thorough understanding of a bank's financial and risk management, which is key to succeed in this position and is, therefore, the most valued competence.
