Tech-up - Winning Customers
In the first half of 2021, BEC launched a new strategy – TechUp Winning Customers – to sharpen our focus on customers and deliveries. BEC aims to be the best scalable technology service partner, building trust and straightforward banking for the Danish society. This is to the benefit of the BEC banks, and in a broader context for Denmark, reaping the benefits of reliable and innovative financial technologies and banking services.
In this position, you will join BEC’s newly established Transformation Office, which consists of a small team of highly skilled employees with expert knowledge and the capabilities required in an international FinTech company. You will be based at our HQ in Roskilde and report to the director of the Transformation Office.
Primary task and responsibilities
The transformation consultant will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization, giving you a broad network as well as exposure to our leadership teams.
As a part of the transformation office, you will be responsible for defining and shaping transformation initiatives, driving, and tracking changes and managing roadblocks. We are currently managing an exciting portfolio of strategic projects related to our new strategy directly impacting how we collaborate both internally and with our customers.
Analytical mindset and outstanding communication & execution skills
We are looking for talented people who have experience with similar tasks from an in-house transformation office, project management, PMO’s or as management consultants. It is an advantage if you have experience working in the financial sector.
Ideally, we are looking for some of the following competencies and experience:
Candidates for the position must hold a relevant education at master’s level and minimum a few years of relevant experience.

- Experience with driving and tracking larger transformation initiatives from initial scoping and shaping to implementation and ensuring benefits realization.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including strong communication skills and the ability to engage in dialogue and strategic direction-setting with senior management teams
- High level of drive and the ability to drive execution of our strategic initiatives.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to drive complex initiatives at strategic level as well as at tactical execution level.
- Understanding the requirement of delivering in a community setting and ability to navigate and thrive in this environment.
