The job:
Exciting new opportunities in our Engineering team based at our production site in Roskilde, Denmark!
Due to some internal changes within our Engineering team, we are now looking for three skilled Engineers to join the team.
The team consist of highly skilled Engineers and Technicians who are responsible for conducting projects and tasks related to support that we continuously can deliver products in the right quality to our customers worldwide.
As one of our new Engineers, you’ll work closely with Technicians, Engineers and Production Managers to ensure continuously optimization of technical equipment and machines. With your technical insight and expertise, you’ll challenge our current processes and work methods, and contribute to creating a continuous development of these.
What will you do?
Automation Engineer – Engineering Support:
• Production support and troubleshooting
• Part of continuous development of our production technology
• Participate in various development- and optimization projects
• Execution of improvements of machines / equipment
• Equipment validation in collaboration with internal colleagues in Engineering and production
• Part of testing, qualifying and approving new or modified machines / robots / injection molding machines through all production critical processes
• Cross-functional work across the sites in Thermo Fisher Scientific
PTA Engineer – Engineering Support:
• Production support and troubleshooting
• Maintenance support and troubleshooting
• Participate in risk assessments
• Participate in various development- and optimization projects
• Manage CAPA records in our system
• Manage records in API-Pro
• Execute process validations
• Cross-functional work across the sites in Thermo Fisher Scientific
Engineer – Design Control
• Drive and manage smaller projects for customer customized products
• Development of packaging solutions that comply with standards in accordance with the ISTA (International standards for test packaging)
• Manage DHF and technical files
• Support and participate in internal and external audits and inspections
• Act as Risk Manager (for facilitating risk assessments)
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects with (Quality Departments and R&D)
• Prepare and create solutions that comply with ISO 13485
• Cross-functional work across the sites in Thermo Fisher Scientific
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated team-players who enjoys working independently. Furthermore, you should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Technical background and experience, preferably from the plastic industry but not a requirement
• Experience working in a regulated industry (pharma/medical devices)
• Knowledge about GMP
• Good project- and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Danish is a requirement
