We are looking for a learning & development partner ready to contribute and grow
BEC is a fintech company with branches in Denmark and Poland. As an IT partner for a wide range of banks and other parties in Denmark's financial industry, we create financial solutions for 20-30 % of the Danish bank customers. We make it possible for them to check their account online, take out loans, and transfer money. In other words, everything it takes to run a bank.
We are 1,700+ employees cultivating an informal, yet dedicated culture. We support and learn from each other to create the strongest possible solutions for the banks, their customers, and the Danish society.
You will join Learning & Development in People & Communications. The team has a high impact on the strategic agenda in BEC making BEC an attractive workplace with strong leadership and market leading tech and finance talents. The team consists of 3 experienced HRD profiles, and a manager. You get a great opportunity to exploit already existing learning and development initiatives and tools and to support the business even more to apply learning and development at work.
Primary tasks and responsibilities

You should expect occasional trips to Poland and flexible working hours during peak periods. We value a flexible work-life balance and have very good possibilities to work from home 1-2 days most weeks.

Together with your team, your main deliveries in 2023 are:
- To expand and implement existing and new leadership development concepts and training offers in our Leadership Academy meeting both leadership expectations linked to our business strategy as well as expectations to basic leadership skills
- To expand business knowledge and training
- To get learning value out of Finanskompetencepuljen to the benefit of our employees and managers
- Ongoing adjustments to our portfolio of learning and development offers linked to business competency needs

We expect you to have:
- Academic credentials on B.Sc (HD) or M.Sc. level within HR or related area
- 5+ years of experience working with HR Development as HR Development Partner, HR Business Partner or similar role
- Preferable experience from FinTech or other type of company within Finance or IT
- Preferable experience working with different cultures across borders in a global company
- Project management experience from developing and implementing HR Development initiatives
- Experience with 70-20-10 learning approach and blended learning solutions
- Experience with facilitating and delivering training solutions as traditional F2F training and as digital training
- Knowledge about digital learning solutions
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Fluent in English
