For the Archive Compliance Team within the Core Banking Area, we are looking for an experienced QA coordinator profile. The team is based in Roskilde, and the candidate will report to Development Manager Melanie Gibson.
In Archive, we are on a very exciting journey extending our existing archive solution with fundamentally new functionality regarding AML relevance, deletion and shielding of data, making it possible for us to ensure an even higher degree of compliance and data quality, paving the way for a number of business improvements. At the same time, we are also working on the replacement of our existing platform with a new and improved one. And for this journey, we need you as a strong, business minded QA coordinator to join us.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
In this position, you will work closely together with our customers in the Financial Institutes and your colleagues in the agile development team. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

Preferably, you have an educational background of a Master’s degree within IT or other relevant field of study, and a min. of 5 years of experience from a similar position working as a Test Manager with experience in business analysis.

Primary tasks and responsibilities
In this position, you will work closely together with our customers in the Financial Institutes and your colleagues in the agile development team. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Planning of all test activities of all test phases in the team and across teams
- Writing test plans, test cases and test reports
- Coaching of testers and developers
- Analysis of test requirements and the use of PRA score
- Prioritize the test tasks in the various phases in corporation with business analyst and architect
- Participate in test execution
- Manage and coordinate the use of test data and test environments across multiple teams
- Make use of test design techniques to ensure the right amount of test in the right quality
- Plan and coordinate integration tests and UAT across multiple teams
- Initiate and coordinate communication with the financial institutes involved in user acceptance test
- Planning of the UAT in details together with the financial institutes
- Ensuring the adherence of test processes in compliance with BEC requirements
- Support maintenance (incident handling).
Competence requirements
- Profound experience with planning, execution and reporting test in an agile setup
- Profound experience with the full test process, from requirement to deployment
- Experience with managing test environments
- Experience with HP ALM as a test planning, execution and reporting tool
- Experience with defect management
- Experience with feature and user story writing
- Good communication skills and the ability to build bridges between different professions
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Confluence is an advantage
- Experience from the Financial sector would be an advantage
- Experience with Test automatization would be an advantage.
