We are looking for a Learning & Development Tech Partner ready to share and grow
The position is based in Roskilde, and you can expect some business trips to Warsaw. Approximately 6-8 times a year, with two days in Warsaw each time. You will report to area director for “Tech Competence Development”, which is a new area in BEC with 10 persons in Warsaw. Area “Tech Competence Development” is a part of the People & Communications division. The team of 10 persons in Warsaw consist of experienced competence managers which are experts in different technologies. They use their knowledge and expertise to work with tech competence development and they cover all phases of employee lifecycle. The area is responsible for tech competence development of all BEC´s tech employees in Denmark and Poland. Since it is a new area, we are building everything from the scratch. Our primary focus is strategic tech competence development.

You will be SPoC for tech competence development. There is a need to change the culture towards more growth mindset. That is why you will be working with a larger organizational change.

Primary task and responsibilities
In the position as a L&D Tech Partner, you will work closely with L&D area, all managers and areas who have responsivity for technologies, tech platforms and architecture. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Creating overview of all projects related to tech competence development and align priorities with strategy
  • Translate business goals into tech competence development. Building capabilities programs to ensure that investment in competence development is aligned with strategic goals.
  • To enable tech competence development and drive organizational transformation
  • Building BEC 5Q roadmaps for tech competence development and making sure for execution. This includes planning of different initiatives for BEC and BEC´s costumers and alignment with other areas of BEC.
  • Corporation with development domains to help them with analyzing tech competence gaps and to work with workforce planning
  • Designing and planning gradute programs
  • Running tech competency development projects
  • Strategic forecast for future competence needs
  • Development of the various concepts for competence development and development of the area e.g. implementing a BEC Tech Academy
  • Working with L&D to influence culture and help mangers to be better at tech competency development of their teams and individuals

We are looking for you who love to explore and learn!
Preferably, you have an educational background at Master’s level within relevant fields of study and 4-5 years of experience from a similar position working with tech competence development in a large international organization. Organization where you are used to work with learning and development in a systematic and structured approach, in order to provide necessary trainings to tech roles.
