Primary task and responsibilities
Corporate Strategy (CS) is expanding our talented team of 11 strategy and transformation specialists to join the work with our customers and colleagues in BEC. CS reports directly to the CFO. The team you will join is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for the company, and for designing and monitoring the transformation of BEC in close collaboration with the executive team. As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be key in driving our most significant transformational projects, and you will have a visible role in the organization as well as towards the executive team. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Scoping and driving our most key strategic and transformational projects end-to-end
- Engaging with the organization (across seniority levels) to ensure we maximise the impact or probability of success of our initiatives
- Identifying transformational initiatives to support our strategic agenda
- Sparring and mentoring with peers and colleagues in the CS community
- Ad hoc thought partnering with the BEC and CS leadership teams
Requested skills & competencies
In the position, the following skills and competencies are required:
- A proven track record with driving large transformation projects or programs
- Solid stakeholder management skills, including strong communication skills and the ability to engage in dialogue and strategic direction-setting with senior management teams
- A high level of personal drive, and the ability to proactively drive execution of our initiatives
- An understanding of the consequences of delivering in a community setting and an ability to navigate and thrive in this environment
- A background in IT will be considered a major plus
