Are you passionate about customer support? and do you find it easy to communicate technical solutions in a simple way?
Webshipper is expanding and growing fast and we are therefore looking for a new colleague to join our team and assist our customers in the daily order flow.
You will become a vital part of a small, specialized team that values teamwork, communication, and dedication to each other. This all contributes to a daily office vibe where going to work is something to look forward to.
The most important rule is that we do not bullshit our customers. We value the close relation to our customers very highly and wish to continue to facilitate and enable our customer's growth.
One of our large focus areas is to be able to communicate with our customers on the same level which is the easiest to do via phone. It is therefore important to be able to take initiative, responsibility and not shy away from picking up the phone and calling a customer in need.
Your day as a support agent with Webshipper
You will be responsible for performing technical support and customer service to existing customers. Customer contact will be both via phone and email but with a focus on reaching out via phone. You will meet all types of questions from our customers as we are often placed in the center of an eco-system with other platforms, carriers, and logistics integrations. Our customers inquire about anything from the general use of our platform, to shipping details, to the more technical system setups.
Your profile
We are looking for a profile with a high drive and the ability to take responsibility for any issue.
You are very passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience as possible and creating value through the solution you provide.
Furthermore, you are talented in communicating in Danish and English both written and verbally.
Any other language skills are considered a plus.
You are experienced with technical customer service or IT support.
You are not afraid of words such as HTML, CSS, JSON, EDI, or API.
You love to jump into new systems and learn how to use them
All experience with e-commerce or logistics is an advantage.
Finally, your personal traits include empathy, readiness to change, a positive mindset, and a sense of structure and details. Keeping a cool overview of an issue is key to our support.
