You support our entire organisation in managing the employee lifecycle, from Attraction to Development, Retention and Exit. You use your expertise on best practice HR, when participating in selected projects, and when you consult with line management to provide daily HR guidance, and facilitate change processes. Furthermore you are the go-to person regarding GDPR compliance, and you act as a guardian of our leadership processes.
About the department
We’re a team of six dedicated colleagues who provide HR and administrative support across the company, mainly at the HQ in Skanderborg.
Our workdays are characterized by independent, and varying tasks and a high team spirit where everybody contributes to the daily accomplishment of our tasks. It goes without saying that our focus is on delivering on-time and well-structured support and HR processes to our internal stakeholders. We succeed by working together, and by prioritizing the involvement from colleagues across the organization.
About the job
As our new HR Development Consultant, you will take an active part in a wide range of tasks in the HR function, and it is therefore important that you are knowledgeable about a wide range of HR tasks and disciplines, and that you are also willing to develop yourself further in the HR field.

About you
You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ressource Management or related field, and you have at least three years’ experience from a similar role in a privately owned company. Experience working internationally is a plus, since we are an internationally oriented company with presence in China, North America and Europe - and our workforce is multicultural.
As a person you are curious and outgoing, you establish sound working relationships with all internal stakeholders, and you believe in collaboration as the foundation for organizational success. You strive to optimize established processes and procedures by challenging status quo and by communicating your ideas and thoughts openly. You are a flexible thinker who is adaptable and can drive change.
English is our main company language we expect you to have full professional proficiency in Danish as well.

- Participate actively in the recruiting of leaders and specialists across all business functions
- Identify organizational issues, such as needs for training and development
- Provide sparring to leaders on organizational health and motivation of employees
- Support development of new HR policies, guidelines and strategies
- Assist the entire HR function in the daily management of tasks and routines, including communication to all our stakeholders
About you
