Therefore, we are looking for a talented IT Operations Engineer for our Core Service Department.
With direct reference to our Head of Core IT Services, you will become a part of a growing team consisting of seven dedicated colleagues, who all work towards ensuring stable IT solutions in an international organization that works around the clock. The team is responsible for maintenance, handling of errors and other operational tasks on Kamstrup's internal IT systems and infrastructure.
A job with focus on flawless operations
In the position as IT Operations Engineer you will have a central role, where you become responsible for different IT systems and infrastructure solutions, when they transition to the day-to-day operations. Your primary task will be to ensure that the systems are maintained and monitored so they work flawlessly. It is expected that you actively generate ideas for improving the systems and infrastructure. You will work within a technological field that primarily consists of Cisco, VMware and Microsoft technologies – and you will of course be collaborating closely with skilled colleagues.

Personality matters
We are looking for a talented and outgoing IT Operations Engineer, who is proactive, curious and methodical. You have an educational background as a Data Technician or similar. Whether you have a few years of experience or is newly graduated is not crucial, the most important thing is that you have the desire, a strong technical skillset and a real interest within IT infrastructure.
Experience or knowledge with several of the following technologies will be a definite advantage:

- Centralized monitoring of IT systems including the handling of alarms and errors
- Incidents and requests based on implemented procedures in the ITSM system
- Technical responsibility for the operation and development of selected systems
- Maintenance and improvements as a part of change management
