With direct reference to the Helpdesk Manager, you will be a part of a team, consisting of a fun bunch of people, which is formally responsible for delivering IT to Kamstrup employees globally.
A job with focus on practical aspects of managing excellent PC service
In the newly established position as Windows Deployment Specialist you will have a central role and be responsible for different IT systems related to managing Kamstrup’s pc’s and similar devices. It is expected that you actively generate ideas for improving the setup of Kamstrup’s pc’s and constantly seek to improve security, functionality and stability. You will of course be collaborating with highly skilled colleagues and partners to succeed.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
Personality matters
We are looking for a talented Windows Deployment Specialist who is proactive, methodical and able to challenge the organization to ensure the best solutions. You probably have a background with 3-5 years of experience with IT Support and Systems Administration in enterprise operations. You must have a keen interest in client management and deployment methods. Ideally, you have a formal IT education such as IT Supporter or Data Technician plus have strong experience from deployment of clients.
Experience or knowledge with several of the following technologies will be an advantage:
As a person you thrive in the field between the outstanding customer experience and the focus on the security aspects of rolling out PC’s in Kamstrup. In order to succeed in this position you must be excellent in creating relations to many contacts consisting of both internal employees and external suppliers. It is natural for you to work in a structured and systematic way, observing standards of high quality and adhering to deadlines and always with focus on the details.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.

- The daily operations and management of the entire fleet of pc’s in all areas of Kamstrup globally
- Creating and rolling out software packages and new images for Kamstrup pc’s
- Handling a wide variety of requests and incidents from end-users as part of supporting Kamstrup Employees with smoothly functioning devices
- Being a key player in a transition of deployment tools from CAPA to SCCM in 2021 in order to enable collaboration with deployment partners
- Selecting new pc’s for rollout globally, both their make and model
- Manage key aspects of security in terms of planning and performing rollouts of builds and updates
