Therefore, we are looking for an PT Engineer to join our Water and Heat/Cooling productions.
With a direct reference to our PT Manager, you will be a part of our PT team which is currently consisting of 10 colleagues. The team is based on a foundation of challenging tasks, cross team collaboration and high technical skills as well as an informal environment and tone. Together we are responsible for the implementation and optimization of products, machines and processes across the Water and Heat/Cooling productions. Furthermore, we work towards ensuring high quality of our products, as well as ensuring high uptime in all our products and deliveries. As our new PT Flow Engineer you will primary work with flow measurements equipment (flow benches) and flow related issues in regards to our products in both Heat,Cooling and Water.
A job with focus on optimization and quality
In the job as PT Flow Engineer you will be responsible for the continuous optimizations of our production equipment and processes. Moreover, you will have a proactive role in regards to product development and change management during the implementation of new processes, machines or similar.

In addition, you will be part of the daily operation with technical problem solving and maintenance you will need to support the technicians with correcting technical issues, if the need arises.
Personality matters
We are looking for a quality-conscious PT Flow Engineer who can take an important and leading role in our high-tech production and who will be able to use previous experience to contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or similar and have experience as PT Engineer in an automated production.

- Continually implement improvements to our flow bench setup and related processes in Heat, Cooling and Water
- Change management of processes, equipment and products
- Have responsibility for statistical data analysis of bigtest results, and subsequently calibrating of meters in our portfolio. This is done in strong cooperation with our R&D and Metrology department
In addition, you will be part of the daily operation with technical problem solving and maintenance you will need to support the technicians with correcting technical issues, if the need arises.

- Broad knowledge of the related technical systems, including IT- and communication protocols, as well as general processes within industrial production
- Experience in troubleshooting within an automated production - both mechanical and software
- Experience with interdisciplinary projects and cooperation in a high-volume production and lead on smaller projects
- Good knowledge and understanding of terms like PFMEA, OOE, OEE, Takt time, first pass yield, etc.
It will be an advantage if you have experience with statistical data analysis and flow dynamics.
