Therefore, we are looking for a Production Technology Engineer to join our Water and Heat/Cooling productions.
With a direct reference to our PT Manager, you will be a part of our PT team which currently consist of 10 dedicated colleagues. The team is based on a foundation of challenging tasks, cross team collaboration and high technical skills and is characterized by an informal environment and tone. Together we are responsible for the implementation and optimization of products, machines and processes across the Water and Heat/Cooling productions. Furthermore, we work towards securing high quality of our products, as well as ensuring high uptime in all our products and deliveries.
A job with focus on optimization and quality
As our new PT Engineer you will primarily work with flow measurements equipment (flow benches) and flow related issues in regard to our products in both Heat, Cooling and Water. You will be responsible for the continuous optimizations of our production equipment and processes. Moreover, you will have a proactive role in regards to product development and change management during the implementation of new processes, machines or similar.
More specific your tasks will be to:
In addition, you will be part of the daily operation with technical problem solving and maintenance, in which you will need to support the technicians with correcting technical issues, if the need arises.
Personality matters
We are looking for a quality-conscious PT Engineer who can take an important and leading role in our high-tech production to the further success of Kamstrup. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marine- , Mechanical or Automation engineering or similar. It is not crucial if you have just finished your education or only have a few years of experience. It is foremost important that you are committed and have the drive that enables us to move forward in ensuring technical and quality excellence in all our products and production processes.
As a person you thrive in a fast-paced environment with a multitude of tasks while being a team player who can provide sparring for others. Moreover, you are outgoing and quality-minded and manage to work and communicate constructively with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, you are helpful by nature which is why you gladly offer a helping hand to your colleagues in the production when needed. Finally, you possess the ability to challenge status quo in order to ensure the best solutions within the production – without losing sight of Kamstrup’s overall goals.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

- Continually implement improvements to our flow bench setup and related processes in Heat/Cooling and Water
- Ensure the change management of processes, equipment and products
- Have the responsibility for statistical data analysis of bigtest resultsand subsequently calibrating of meters in our portfolio. This is done in strong cooperation with our R&D and Metrology department
