With reference to our Head of Core IT Services, you will become a part of our internal IT organization which enables all Kamstrup employees in their daily work. You will become a part of a department consisting of 30 dedicated colleagues supporting all Kamstrup divisions globally. Core IT Services is responsible for all internal IT support and operations of IT infrastructure and shared platforms, thus forming the foundation for hosting our customer solutions and internal IT services.
A job with focus on customer network solutions
In the position as Network Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to operate our IT network for customer solutions. You will team up with another hosting specialist to lead or take part in projects ranging from concept development, implementation, documentation and operation. You will thus be a key internal advisor for Kamstrup’s customer systems, and you will act as an important link between Kamstrup’s IT department and our customer’s network solutions.
More specifically, your main tasks will be to:

We are looking for a person who can understand and convey complex customer challenges and translate these to business needs. You are able to consolidate networks solutions in collaboration with a network team. Moreover, you have a proven record with driving enterprise class data-hosting networks from a previous position.
In addition, it is a requirement that you have:
Moreover, it will be considered a clear advantage if you have experience within Cisco ISE and Cisco firepower.
As a person, you are ambitious and have a structured approach. You take initiative and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are able to work in a complex organisation, and your excellent communication skills enable you to navigate with many stakeholders, deadlines and timelines. As you will be working closely with another hosting specialist in many aspects of your work it is also necessary that you are a good team player.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish will be an advantage.

- Perform maintenance of network infrastructures with the IT team
- Analyse business requirements to ensure better contribution to development of networking tools
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve network related problems on day to day basis across a wide range of infrastructure components
- Providing remote or onsite technical support
- Installing, updating and configuring networking accessories
- Inform of developments in network technologies and infrastructure

- Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise network administration and operation
- Experience with Cisco ACI / SDA and Cisco ASA firewall
Moreover, it will be considered a clear advantage if you have experience within Cisco ISE and Cisco firepower.
