HR Consultant

Do you want to join the HR Department in one of the world’s most famous loudspeaker manufacturers?

Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new HR Consultant to work at our HQ in Skanderborg.

About the job

You will support our organisation in managing the employee lifecycle, from Attraction to Development, Retention and Exit. You will use your expertise on best practice HR, when participating in selected projects, and when you consult with management to provide daily HR guidance, and facilitate change processes.

You will also act as the primary go-to-person for GDPR-related matters.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Participate actively in the recruiting of leaders and specialists across all business functions
  • Identify organizational issues, such as needs for training and development
  • Provide sparring to leaders on organizational health and motivation of employees
  • Support development of new HR policies, guidelines and strategies
  • Assist the entire HR function in the daily management of tasks and routines, including communication to all our stakeholders

About the department

We’re a team of 5 dedicated colleagues who provide HR and administrative support across the company. Our workdays are characterized by independent, and varying tasks and a high team spirit where everybody contributes to the daily accomplishment of our tasks. It goes without saying that our focus is on delivering on-time and well-structured support and HR processes to our internal stakeholders. We succeed by working together, and by prioritizing the involvement from colleagues across the organization.

About you

You are looking for the next challenge within HR and you already have at least 3 years of experience from a similar role. You probably hold an academic degree within the field of HR and you have experience in working with the Employee Life Cycle, especially with recruiting and change management.

Other things we are looking for in an applicant:

  • Project management capabilities
  • Facilitation skills, such as achieved by working as a process consultant
  • Certified in DISC personality profile analysis
  • Experience in labour laws and collective agreements from an industrial company
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis
  • General strong aptitude for learning new IT-systems
  • General proficiency in Office 365
  • International experience and cultural awareness as a plus

As a person you should see yourself as an open minded team-player with good collaboration skills and you are curious and open to self-development.

English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it, and since our production staff is mostly Danish you’ll need to master the Danish language too.
