In the position as Business Application Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the identification and implementation of strategic business development opportunities. Together with the team and the organisation you will ensure that ServiceNow brings value to the business by e.g., scoping, identifying root causes, translating business requirements into technology requirements, managing projects throughout their lifecycle, and providing thought-leadership.
More specifically, your primary work tasks will be:

We are looking for an ambitious Business Application Advisor with an educational background that combines IT and digitalization with business understanding e.g., MSc in Digital Innovation & Management, IT, Communication & Organisation, Business Administration or similar. You are passionate about modern technology and its applications in the business world and have a strong willingness to learn about the applications of ServiceNow.
The most important is that you are able to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements and that you are able to manage projects and lead processes and teams across functions and business areas.
As a person you have a huge drive and thrive in the field between IT and business. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive and you possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate and collaborate in a global matrix organization. In addition, you are structured and driven by delivering results that brings value to the business.
It is a requirement that you both speak and write Danish and English fluently.

- Provide pro-active sparring to the organization and support in solution- and problem scoping
- Solution design and ensuring that solutions are aligned with standard features of ServiceNow
- Help the organisation with Service Management process definitions and process alignment
