The IT department consists of 2 teams responsible for our global setup: ERP and Infrastructure. As the new IT Business Solutions Specialist, you’ll play an important part in the ERP (Dynamics 365) team, focusing on strengthening the business through smarter use of Dynaudio’s primary systems.

Your mission
From the HQ in Skanderborg, you’ll support our entire organisation and make it your daily mission to develop and implement the best IT business solutions with Dynamics 365 FO.
Essentially, you’re the glue between our different internal stakeholders. You’re the one who maintains, customises and composes SOPs, guides and training of users. You’re the one making sure that all ERP-dependent procedures run according to plan.
The right candidate
We imagine you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an ERP specialist/consultant, Finance Controller or Business Controller. Your educational background isn’t important, but experience with Dynamics 365 FO or similar ERP systems is a must.
You’re a natural-born supporter; an ERP nerd with great communications skills who enjoys combining business with IT in a crucial supporting role across an international organisation.
Professional Danish and English language skills are required.
Your colleagues
You’ll join a team of 6 IT colleagues who handle all IT-related tasks as a group responsible for ensuring optimal use of systems; challenging processes, identity problems and possible improvements; and qualifying solutions in Dynaudio’s Service Desk tool. All tasks are done in close cooperation with employees and managers across Dynaudio’s organisation.
Dynaudio’s infrastructure is primarily based on Microsoft SQL analysis services (Cubes), Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.
Your immediate manager will be the Director of IT.
