In Dynaudio A/S in Skanderborg, we’re looking for a new Finance talent to join our team for 15 hours a week working with crucial operational tasks.
You’ll primarily support our Accounting functions and in the process quickly get acquainted with our customers, suppliers and colleagues in a unique day-to-day setup at Dynaudio’s HQ in Denmark.
It’s an important position fitted for a proactive but down-to-earth student, who wishes to add practical knowledge to his/her studies.
Your effort will enable close colleagues in Finance to focus more intensely on development tasks, and your can-do-attitude and eagerness to learn will be rewarded with invaluable hands-on experience in international financial management.

YOUR MISSION
As our new Student Assistant in Finance your mission is of course to support our purpose. You can do that by supporting your colleagues and taking on these primary tasks:
As secondary tasks you'll help setting up internal meetings, supporting ad hoc tasks related to audits and other relevant internal finance events as well as "just" help make the day in our Finance department better.
YOUR COLLEAGUES
Your assigned work desk is at our HQ in Skanderborg, and you’ll be an integral part of our growing Finance department. On occasion, you'll be able to work from home.
You’ll join a team of 5 colleagues including our Finance Director plus 2 part time external consultants. 3 different nationalities is represented in the department and our daily conversations about work, life, kids, sports and recreational activities are conducted in English.
Your immediate manager will be our Finance Director, but as soon as we find a Team Lead for our Accounting, you’ll report to this person.
YOU: THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
Ideally, you’re studying Accounting and Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration, Economics or the like, and you actively wish to gain experience from an international working environment doing fundamental tasks within the discipline of Finance.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need full professional proficiency alongside a high level of Danish. If you have professional German or Chinese proficiencies, it’s a big plus.

At Dynaudio you’ll work closely with skilled colleagues from all over the world representing craftmanship and expertise in a variety of different fields related to making speakers and running a business. You’ll get the chance to support colleagues on all organisational levels with your daily effort.
In our canteen we serve excellent and nutritious meals, and our staff club ensures lots of activities for those interested in participating in social events as part of their working experience at Dynaudio.
You’ll also have a chance to listen to the music you love on some truly amazing speakers (including getting the opportunity to buy them at a pleasing discount), and even get to see behind the scenes on how they’re made, tested and designed in-house at our production sites.

- Invoice extraction (primarily accounts payables)
- Invoice settlement (primarily accounts payables)
- Mastercard data handling
