Due to the high demand for our innovative and intelligent solutions, we are looking for a new PLC/Robot programmer for our Manufacturing Technology department.
With direct reference to our Factory Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team that is experienced in product design, optimization, and automation of machinery. Your nearest team consists of 10 highly motivated and skilled engineers, with whom you will have your daily contact. The team values sparring as well as knowledge-sharing and you can expect a working day with great variety and focus on personal and professional development. Together you will take part in creating future production concepts and modifying existing equipment.
A job with focus on programming and optimization
In this position as a PLC/Robot programmer, you will be responsible for programming Omron and Siemens PLC’s and ABB, Fanuc and Kawasaki robots. Together with the rest of the team, you will support different stakeholders on all organizational levels with technical assistance that is required for commissioning and modifying machinery.
More specifically, your tasks include:

Personality matters
As a person you must have a good technical understanding within areas such as PLC programming and/or Robot programming. Your academic background is not determining, as long as you are a motivated and skillful programmer with an interest in robots, and want to further develop skills within this field. You are an ambitious and committed candidate who will go the extra mile to deliver a winning solution. Others will describe you as a positive person who possesses excellent communication- and interpersonal skills that promote collaboration with technicians and engineers in our production and additional departments. Finally, you have great planning and coordination skills that ensure an efficient production process.

- Supervising equipment assemblies and tests
- Creating user manuals and technical documentation of different processes
- Selecting electrical and mechanical components needed
