As the CEO of Thvilum’ s dynamic team of over 20 employees in Denmark, you will report directly to the Chairman of the board, Vice President Digital Water Services at Kamstrup. Here you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success and shaping the future of digital wire registration for utilities.
A job with focus on internationalization, innovation and partnerships
As our new CEO, you will be responsible for expanding and internationalizing the company, ensuring that ambitious sales targets are met both domestically and internationally – primarily focusing on Sweden and the DACH countries. Your responsibilities will also encompass exploration of potential innovation and synergies in partnerships, such as Kamstrup and Blue Control.

In the job you can expect approximately 60-80 travel days per year.

We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives on pushing boundaries and achieving unprecedented growth. You should have a strong drive to take Thvilum to new heights and explore untapped markets. We imagine that you have an educational background as a cand.merc, MBA. Furthermore, you possess solid experience in strategic sales and commercial business development, ideally within the utility industry and supported by software combined with a proven track record within leadership.
As a person, you are naturally commercial-minded and deeply motivated by sales and performance. Your innate ability to approach business from a strategic perspective allows you to maintain a structured and organized approach. This enables you to effortlessly oversee operations and keep track of progress towards agreed-upon goals. Your drive, combined with your systematic nature, ensures that you consistently deliver results and contribute to the overall success of Thvilum.
You are fluent in English and Danish both written and oral.
