With a direct reference to our Head of Global Radio Planning, you will become a part of the Solution and Service Delivery function, in a growing team of 3 experienced Radio Planners working from Malaysia, US, and Denmark. We work cross-functionally in close collaboration with our Sales organization and our Engineering teams to realize the needs for radio plans globally, which are a vital part of enabling our solutions. The team is characterized by professionalism, mutual trust, and the freedom to take initiative and act with responsibility. You can expect an informal tone with emphasis on sparring, feedback, and mutual accountability.
A job with focus on technical advisory and upscaling capabilities
As our new Senior Radio Network Planner, you will act as an expert lead in our Global Radio Planning team, combining your passion for RF Network Planning technology with your great communication skills and overview. You and the team will act as trusted advisors and deliver end-to-end radio/network plans, which are the foundation for our remote reading systems to our customers worldwide.
More specifically, you will be:
You can expect approximately 15 travel days per year.
Personality matters
We are looking for a motivated technical person, who will lead as a role model and inspire the team to elevate our RF network planning to new heights. There can be different career tracks leading up to this position, but we imagine that the ideal candidate has +5 years of relevant experience from working with technical advisory or similar.
In addition, it is considered an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have:

The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is considered an advantage.

- Prioritizing, reviewing, and realizing radio plans
- A technical sparring partner for sales within RF Network Planning
- Acting as our subject matter expert and go-to person
- Identifying, driving, and implementing improvement initiatives based on new technologies and systems
- Building a concept and driving structured yearly initiatives for scaling up the capability of radio planning
