With the ambition to support our organization for future growth, we are now looking for two Agile Coaches to join our team.
With direct reference to Head of Transformation and Operational Excellence, you will become part of our growing IT Transformation and Operational Excellence team in IT, which currently consists of two dedicated colleagues. The team has a cross-functional role, working with several teams and colleagues in agile roles such as Scrum Masters, Product Owners, managers, and team members. Together we strive to support and improve agile ways of working throughout our IT organization and ensure business value where agile principles align with organizational goals. Additionally, the team is characterized by an open and informal culture where sparring, and knowledge sharing are highly valued.
A job with a focus on creating business value through agile ways of working
In the newly established role as Agile Coach, you will have the overall responsibility for continuously improving our agile processes and ways of working with the aim of creating business value. Additionally, you will play a central role in mentoring, coaching, and conducting training sessions to build agile awareness and develop skills-sets across the organization. Together with the team, you will be the front-runner for facilitating a mindset of adaptability, collaboration, and customer focus.
More specifically, you will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for two Agile Coaches who are excited about driving organizational agility and motivating teams to deliver business value and high-quality products. There are many entry points to this position, but we imagine that you have a relevant bachelor’s degree in communication, Business Administration, or IT-related fields combined with a minimum of +3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a complex organizational setting where you have gained In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. To succeed in this position, it is a requirement that you have gained experience in facilitating agile training sessions. It is an advantage if you have relevant certifications such as CSM, CSP, and SAFe.
As a person, you thrive in a collaborative environment and therefore enjoy creating results together with your colleagues where communication and interpersonal skills are key. You have a naturally positive mindset and with your outgoing nature, you can inspire colleagues around you towards continuous improvement. With your analytic approach to your work, you are able to work with different tasks while keeping deadlines and delivering quality results. Additionally, you are motivated by learning and are therefore seeking challenges where you can broaden your understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.
