As a Process Excellence Manager, you will become a part of our newly established IT Transformation & Operational Excellence team consisting of 7 colleagues of various backgrounds. The team is part of our Global IT function, which works together to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement in our IT processes. Our culture is characterized by an informal tone and a tech-savvy approach that foster development and collaboration across departments and functions.
A job with focus on optimization and streamlining of IT processes
In the role as Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining IT processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across Global IT at Kamstrup. You will be working in close collaboration with all our IT teams, to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives for process enhancements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for keeping up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends within IT process management.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for a motivated Process Excellence Manager who can utilize their expertise to play a crucial role in achieving operational excellence in Global IT. We imagine that you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within IT, Business, or similar, combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with IT process consulting or related work. You have a proven record of setting process documentation standards, implementing process portals, and optimizing IT processes for operational excellence. This has provided you with knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Process mining experience is seen as an advantage, but not a requirement.
As a person, you describe yourself as structured and driven by a focus on ensuring high quality in your work. Your excellent communicational skills enable you to adjust your message according to the receiver and ensure effective communication across various organizational levels. You possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset that enables you to navigate and act through complex IT issues. Additionally, your excellent project and change management capabilities, combined with your great teamwork skills, make you able to support a positive change and drive the future of our IT processes.

- Define and implement standards for process documentation in Global IT
- Analyze current IT processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies by e.g. using process mining tools
- Collaborate with IT teams to define process metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead process mapping, reengineering, and automation initiatives
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices and process improvements
