With the ambition to support future growth, we are now looking for an experienced PT Engineer to join our team.

With direct reference to our PT Manager, you will be a part of a PT team which currently consists of 7 colleagues. The team handles the implementation and optimization of products, machines, and processes across the production for our PCBA/electronic products – all to ensure the high quality of our products and deliveries, as well as secure high uptime. With PCBA playing an indispensable role in the functionality of our innovative smart meters, we have a strong collaboration across all production facilities. You will be a part of a team which is characterized by cooperation, technical sparring, can-do-attitude and a positive collegial tone of voice.

A job with focus on cooperation, optimization, and continuous development of the production
In the job as PT Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the factory regarding production equipment, processes, and systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for continuously optimizing our production both in daily operations when an issue occurs, but also by carrying out strategic projects. Moreover, you will have a key role as you will act as a process responsibility link between production and product development when new products are implemented. Because of this, you will work on the production floor in close cooperation with technicians, operators, and quality personnel among others.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Be process responsible for press fit/pin inserter and milling process/print separation in our backend production
  • Be part of the daily operation by troubleshooting and solving issues with products, systems, and equipment
  • Ensure implementation of new equipment and processes and to take the lead on projects
  • Keep track of deviations and initiate optimization opportunities
  • Enable change by being a knowledgeable sparring partner in the production and collaborating across factories

We imagine that you hold a bachelor’s degree in electronic/production or are a highly skilled technician with a proven track record from a related role where you have obtained deep knowledge about THT in electronic production. Your profound experience has given you a broad knowledge of related technical production systems and automated production, while understanding terms like PFMEA, OOE, OEE, Tact time, first pass yield, LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
