With a direct reference to the Head of Global Incident Management, you will become a part of our Global Incident Management team that oversees all the incidents reported from our customers all over the world. The team consists of 9 dedicated colleagues who act both as troubleshooters and gateways to the organization. We are a team characterized by a shared passion for technical solutions and celebrate the discovery of new ways of problem-solving. In addition, you will become part of a highly collaborative department where we take a team-based approach to solving our tasks.
A job with focus on problem-solving across technologies and business units
As our new Problem Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise in infrastructure, systems, and applications to proactively identify and resolve issues within Kamstrup solutions. You will play a pivotal role in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, translating findings into actionable insights to prevent recurrence, and enhancing continuous improvement initiatives. While collaborating closely with the Knowledge Management team, you'll craft informative articles that distill critical information, insights, and best practices.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:

As a person, you are a proactive initiator focused on troubleshooting and solving problems, and you hold a high regard for the process of solving complex tasks. You have a critical yet creative approach to problem solving which provides you with the ability to find the solution hidden in the details. You thrive in the dynamic interplay of independent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork, while you seamlessly lead cross-functional teams through challenges. Continuous improvement is second nature to you, and you’re always seeking ways to optimize processes and anticipate future issues.
We imagine that you have worked in a similar role with hands-on experience with project management and RCA. Moreover, you have a strong understanding of ITIL and corporate processes, providing you with the ability to navigate in industry-standard frameworks, best practices as well as IT infrastructure landscapes. It is considered an advantage if you have experience in IT Operations organization, and working with Microsoft Azure.
It is a requirement that you master English at a high level – both orally and written. Danish is considered an advantage.
