With a direct reference to the Senior Commercial Key Account Manager, you will become part of the Sales Excellence team in our Water division, which consists of 3 dedicated colleagues who are working together to ensure a high level of sales processes throughout our sales organization. We have a data-driven and cooperative approach, as we are working with a broad range of colleagues in many different teams and across business areas. Our team is characterized by a positive and humorous tone, as well as by both professional and personal sparring.
A job with a focus on improving sales processes
As our new Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be working to both improve and implement sales processes across Kamstrup. You will be working to ensure co-creation and sparring on sales initiatives to improve overall performance and efficiency in our sales organization ensuring the right initiatives are taken, and that they are implemented and understood by the organization.
More specifically, your main tasks will be:
In this position, you can expect around 20-30 travel days a year when visiting local sales representatives.
Personality matters
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager, who can elevate our sales organization to the next level. There are many entry points to this position, so whether you have a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or another related field is not the most important factor. It is more important that you have at least 5 years of experience in driving Sales or Commercial Excellence in a medium or large multicultural company, and across markets with varied maturity. You have a proven record of creating and implementing content and tools, using your data-driven approach, which has yielded great results. Experience with KAM tools and tools within Distribution Sales is preferred.
As a person, you possess a strong analytical mindset as well as a data-driven approach to your work. This allows you to identify and analyze trends and strategies, which you can translate into meaningful and value-adding sales initiatives, which you can implement at teach to the sales staff. You are driven and have a high sense of ownership of your tasks and for the success of both you and your colleagues. You are naturally outgoing and have a strong affinity for connecting with people on many different levels of the organization. You have a keen understanding of individual needs and can adjust your communication to suit these different needs. Lastly, you thrive in an ever-changing environment and needs, and see this as an essential aspect of your job.
It is a requirement that you master both written and spoken English. Proficiency in other European languages such as Danish, German, French, Italian, or Spanish is considered an advantage.

- Creating detailed content such as sales playbooks, commercial customer plans, and guidelines, and ensuring optimal training of markets and Sales staff

- Ensuring close collaboration in a matrix organization across markets and sales teams
- Driving change management and ensure anchoring within HQ and markets
