Commercial Excellence Analyst / Senior Analyst

Our retail business has experienced a significant growth organically and through acquisitions and we are today a leading global hearing aid retailer with activities in 20+ markets. We are experiencing the benefits of implementing more commercial initiatives across the retail business and are looking for a Commercial Excellence Analyst / Senior Analyst to secure the connection between marketing, sales and service and implementing “Best Practice”.
This position would provide you with a unique opportunity of working on the forefront of building a brand-new function where you will be an instrumental part of the journey from the idea to implementation, helping us to build the right setup. We are relentless in our pursuit of cross-functional collaboration and commercial acumen and has the ambition to maximize our commercial impact to deliver on our vision to “help more people hear better”.
Play a leading role
As our new Commercial Excellence Analyst / Senior Analyst, your responsibility will be to identify, co-develop and implement commercial processes, best practices and tools to maximize commercial impact.
You will work in close cooperation with local retail companies and our data analytics team, where you will assess, review, challenge and inspire local practices with a focus on driving efficiency and leveraging mar-ket opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will play a leading role in providing ac-tionable commercial recommendations - both for local and global management.
Joining us your primary focus will be to:
• Drive strategic projects to support global retail companies in executing the groups commercial strategies
• Design and implement commercial excellence programs
• Lead selected Commercial Excellence projects in close cooperation with local retail companies
• Lead local Commercial Excellence assessments and cross-functional project teams
• Ad hoc support (M&A, commercial and financial due diligence, integration of acquired companies)

As a person, we expect you to thrive in independent positions where you shape and establish your own work domain. You are a structured person who enjoys working as a team player supporting several stakeholders developing sound project plans and following up on them.
The most important thing is that you have a strong commercial mind-set. At the same time, it is important that you are a proactive and humble person to whom it comes naturally to establish and maintain personal relations across a large organisation.
You may have 1-4 years of professional experience from a position in management consulting, but you could also currently hold an in-house consulting position.
You should expect 20-40 travel days per year.
