Strategy and Excellence Manager / Senior Manager

Our Hearing Care organization has experienced significant growth organically and through acquisitions and today we are a leading global hearing aid retailer with activities in 20+ markets. We are experiencing the benefits of implementing more commercial initiatives across the business and are searching for a Strategy and Excellence Manager / Senior Manager to drive the identification and implementation of commercial opportunities while securing the connection between marketing, sales and service as well as implementing “Best Practice”.
This position will provide you with a unique opportunity to develop our commercial excellence function and you will be an instrumental part of our journey in our relentless pursuit for cross-functional collaboration with the ambition to maximize our commercial impact and deliver on our vision to “help more people hear better”. Furthermore, you will be involved in the overall strategy development for the group.
Play a leading role
As our new Strategy and Excellence Manager / Senior Manager, your responsibility will be to lead the identification, development and implementation of commercial processes, best practices and tools to maximize commercial impact.
You will work in close cooperation with the commercial excellence team, as well as local markets and other global functions, where you will assess, review, challenge and inspire local practices with a focus on driving efficiency and leveraging market opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will develop actionable insights both for global and local management, where you will also be responsible for ensuring effective follow-through.
Joining us your primary focus will be to:
- Continue to develop the commercial excellence function, building on standards and structure for delivering benefits across the organization
- Lead commercial analyses and assessments to identify opportunities for commercial impact while effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities
- Manage selected commercial excellence initiatives in close cooperation with a commercial excellence analyst/senior analyst, local markets and cross-functional teams
- Support on group strategy development, while driving strategic initiatives related to key management priorities, as well as to support local hearing companies in executing the group’s strategy
- Ad hoc assistance including M&A, commercial/financial due diligence, integration of acquired companies

The most important thing is that you have a strong commercial mind-set. At the same time, it is important that you are a proactive and humble person to whom it comes naturally to establish and maintain personal relations across a large organization.
You may have 3-5 years of professional experience from a position in management consulting, but you could also currently hold an in-house consulting position.
You should expect 20-40 travel days per year.
