This position offers a unique opportunity of working at the forefront of technological Innovation in a world leading healthcare company. With your experience in how to use facts, insights and best practice processes to deliver commercial results, you will be pivotal in driving and implementing our Sales Excellence program globally.

Who are we?
We are a dedicated Sales Excellence function within Commercial Excellence in Demant. We support our Sales Subsidiaries in maximizing their commercial impact through dedicated country support as well as best practice sharing on processes and tools that empowers sales companies to capitalize on their given market opportunities.

Commercial Excellence Manager
As our new Commercial Excellence Manager, your responsibility will be to work closely with Sales Managers across the world to identify new sales and process opportunities, support local change management, and anchor new best practices into daily life. You will need to work closely with both global and local colleagues to succeed.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Lead local and global Sales Excellence projects
  • Independently complete Sales-, Market- and Process- analysis that enables you to pinpoint the most impactful areas to improve
  • Communicate insights and results in a simple and engaging manner
  • Engage with Sales- and Country Managers to get them passionate about change
  • Support team projects with the same drive and passion as you engage in your own projects

You absolutely must join our team, if you combine a strong analytical mindset with at true desire to help local colleagues succeed. We are looking for a positive person with strong work ethics. You are proactive and work well both independently and as part of a team. Lastly, we expect you to be structured and comfortable with working towards ambitious targets.

The perfect candidate can checkmark most of the following:

  • Strong interest in sales related business decisions and want to act as an in-house consultant
  • Master's degree in Business, Management, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or similar
  • 3-4 years experience working as an Internal/External Consultant or with Sales or Market Analytics. Life Science experience is considered valuable but not a must
  • Top performer in both your studies and at your workplace
  • SuperUser in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in English is a must and additional languages are considered favorable
  • Flexible for international travels (around 40 travel days per year)
  • International profile with a positive track record of working with people from other cultures and/or navigating matrix organizations with numerous and diverse stakeholders
