Global S&OE Manager

We are looking for a Global Sales & Operations Execution Manager with outstanding project management & planning skills.
Welcome to the team
You will get a unique chance to define and implement and run our cross-functional planning processes and take part in defining how our systems should support the process. You will own and be the drumbeat of our end-to-end S&OE planning process where we are expecting you to anchor the S&OE tactical planning process and be an integral part of the implementation and execution of an end-to-end planning solution.
You will be part of a strong and diverse Global Planning team with 25 talented colleagues split between two sites (Denmark and Poland). We are responsible for planning our supply chain and production in all aspects from daily operational planning to the future strategic footprint. You will be working closely with stakeholders outside our own department, such as Production, Procurement, IT, Finance and Sales, to ensure alignment in how we work and the results of the process.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Run the S&OE Tactical Planning process aligning plans and targets across our global supply chain.
- Prepare gaps and scenarios to senior management to ensure timely decisions and up-to-date information sharing. You will be expected to orchestrate the process and be on top of the situation facilitating the best trade-offs and balance cross-function targets.
- Further develop our processes and collaboration
- Help ensure that our global systems are designed to support the processes.
What does it take?
We imagine that you hold a relevant educational background such as Master’s degree in Production Engineering or Supply Chain Management or similar, and have some years of experience working with global footprint and distribution in a global company.
Your stakeholder management skills allow you to manoeuvre effortlessly with stakeholders on all levels of the organisation. As our corporate language is English, we expect that you can communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
As a person, you would describe yourself as someone who works well within teams. You enjoy structure, attentive to detail, and have a can-do attitude.
