New Business Introduction - Student Assistant
Do you want to learn more about product launches and how theory is applied in real life, and are you looking for an exciting student position in an international environment? Do you want to engage with make different people and areas of the business and run your own projects? Are you interested in working with products that have a life-changing impact on users? Then you may be our new Student Assistant.
Who are we and what do we do?
The New Business Introduction team is part of Brand Management that empowers our four individual hearing aid brands: Oticon, Philips Hearing Solutions, Bernafon, and Sonic Innovations, to unleash the market potential by targeting the brands towards different segments, channels, and price points. The New Business Introduction team drives product launches – or releases as we call them.
You will work closely with New Business Introduction managers, supporting process- and release optimization. You will be responsible for developing tools to support execution of our product releases twice a year.
Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks could be broad and varied. Some of the tasks include:
- Align and update marketing process flow with our colleagues in the Brand teams
- Various tasks to support the product releases including data support, naming, budget overview, presentations, etc.
- Develop templates to support the process
- Annual planning for the team
- Planning and content development for team workshops and presentations
Are you our new team member
Most importantly, you are passionate about making a difference in a commercial setting. You have a positive outlook and are comfortable with being involved in several projects simultaneously. You have an attention for details and keep on top of deadlines – and you are comfortable in reminding others about their deadlines as well.
In this position, it is an advantage if you fit the following profile:
- Minimum two year completed Bachelor within the areas of Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Sales
- You have an eye for details
- Eager and fast learner that can work independently
- Fully able to work in and communicate professionally in English
